5. Mystery Boxes

Mystery boxes contain a random selection of crystals and minerals curated by Raven’s Nest Crystals.

By purchasing a mystery box, you acknowledge that the contents are intentionally undisclosed and will vary between boxes.

Refunds or returns cannot be requested based solely on dissatisfaction with the contents or personal preference.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
Incorrect pricing or product information has occurred
The item becomes unavailable

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.
