Thank you for shopping with Raven's Nest Crystals. Every order is carefully packed by hand to ensure your crystals arrive safely. Please read the information below regarding how orders are processed and shipped.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, including live sales, collection launches and promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped using trusted postal and courier services, including Royal Mail and other reputable delivery partners where appropriate.

Tracking details will be provided for all tracked services once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions or courier delays.

International Orders

We are delighted to ship to customers in the United States and Canada.

Please note:

Import duties
Customs charges
VAT or sales tax
Tariffs
Brokerage or handling fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Unfortunately, Raven's Nest Crystals has no control over these fees and cannot reimburse or predict what they may be.

If an international order is refused due to unpaid customs fees or returned to us, any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Any refund issued will be less the original shipping charges and any return fees charged by the courier.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your parcel has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the delivery passes to the courier.

We will always do our best to assist by contacting the courier or opening investigations where necessary, however Raven's Nest Crystals cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

Postal or courier disruptions
Customs processing
Severe weather
Industrial action
Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within:

10 working days (UK)
20 working days (International)

from the dispatch date, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with the courier.

Please note that shipping providers may require time to complete investigations before a parcel can officially be declared lost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

Raven's Nest Crystals cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Additional shipping charges will apply before the parcel can be resent.
If the parcel cannot be recovered by the courier, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.

Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include photographs of:

The damaged item(s)
The internal packaging
The outer packaging
The shipping label

This allows us to investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Live Sale Orders

Orders placed during TikTok Live sales, live shopping events or other special promotions may take slightly longer to process due to higher order volumes.
