Thank you for shopping with Raven’s Nest Crystals. Please read the following information regarding how orders are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods such as live sales, collection launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer UK flat rate shipping of £5 per order.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped using reliable UK postal services or courier providers.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 1–3 working days, however delivery times may vary depending on the courier.
Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, it is considered in transit and under the responsibility of the shipping provider.
While we will always assist customers in contacting the courier or opening investigations if required, Raven’s Nest Crystals cannot control delays caused by postal services, courier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days from the dispatch date, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier.
Couriers may require a period of time to complete investigations before a parcel is officially considered lost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.
Raven’s Nest Crystals cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel.
If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend the delivery address.
Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of:

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Live Sale Orders
Orders placed during live sales or special events may take slightly longer to process due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
